Production & Shipping
Each beautifully hand-crafted accessory is made from start to finish in our studio from the highest quality materials. Every piece is created with great love, skill, patience and attention to detail.
Because every design is individually made to order, minor variations to the images you see in the shop may occur. Colours may be represented differently on your computer screen & hand- dyed materials may vary slightly. If you are unsure about anything, please email me with any questions prior to placing your order.
Blackbird's Pearl is based in Hamburg, Germany, and ships around the world. Shipping options are available at checkout. Please allow time for your order to be made as well as time for shipping.
All pieces are made to order and will usually ship within 2 -3 weeks of payment received if no or only minor custom changes are required. For lead time for bespoke orders please contact me.
In a hurry?
.If you are in a hurry, you can speed up your order by paying a rush fee, they are available here. However, please contact us prior to ordering to check availability as all orders are subject to scheduling and availability of supplies.
All orders from the European Union (including the UK and Norway) are sent with DHL, you can chose between a tracked or untracked shipment. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is on it's way, and the tracking code where applicable.
Germany: € 3.80 or € 5.90 tracked (1-2 working days)
Europe: € 8.50 or €10.90 (3 - 8 working days)
Worldwide € 17.00 tracked only (5 - 14 working days)
Express options available at checkout or on request.
Returns & Refunds
If you have ordered a design from the collection (without custom changes) please contact us within 14 days to arrange a return. We will send you the details and a return form. Returns must be sent tracked & insured and in it's original packaging.
Please be aware many of our pieces are very delicate - any damaged or worn items can not be accepted for a refund.
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on custom or bespoke orders once they have been made and shipped
